That does not work , if you write values under it and then click outside checklist automatically disabled

I am following these steps as given below 1. upload magicai server file to my server 2. visiting to www.domain.com/install to start installation wizard after putting database info 3. uploading .sql file and 4. going to setting_two option 5. going to insert section and putting values as given . Please see the screenshot of my upload phpmyadmin after inserting these values hitting domain and being diverted to license page.
